Flo-LubeTM is a PTFE lubricant formed by dispersing very fine PTFE particles in a light hydrocarbon carrier. This type of lubricant is especially useful in metal forming operations where, unlike normal lubricants, they will not become dispersed from the critical high pressure areas. The additional expense of using Flo-LubeTM will be repaid with interest through reduced tool wear, less rework and improved surface finish. Supplied in a range of concentrations to suit a wide range of applications, Flo-LubeTM is easy to introduce to your process. It is clean to use, easily removed at your parts cleaning process and will not affect any subsequent heat treatment operations.
