APC Con-InkTM products have been developed to overcome many of the problems associated traditional products. A particular advantage of Con-InkTM is in the application of conductive tracks for flexing applications. Normally, such inks will flake or at least increase their resistance to unacceptable levels. However APC Con-InkTM has been developed for excellent adhesion to the carrier substrate whilst maintaining high conductivity, even during extreme flexure.
Ideal for keypad flying lead connections and many other flexy lead applications, Con-InkTM tracks can be easily terminated using conventional ZIF connectors.
